CrossFit

CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise, and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone — people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.

About CrossFit

The magic is in the movement. The workouts may be adapted for people of any age and level of fitness. A form of high-intensity interval training, CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high-intensity level. Every day there will be a different workout that will vary from the days prior. We keep your body and you guessing what will be next. Our trained professional staff is here to help you modify any of our workouts to your liking and find the right modification to push you and reach your goals. All of our CrossFit classes are 60 minutes.

All of our memberships give you unlimited access to our CrossFit program.

Monday: 5:15am, Noon, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, and 6:30pm

Tuesday: 5:15am, Noon, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, and 6:30pm

Wednesday: 5:15am, Noon, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, and 6:30pm

Thursday: 5:15am, Noon, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, and 6:30pm

Friday: 5:15am, Noon, 4:30pm, 5:30pm

Saturday: 8am

Open Gym Sunday: 2pm-3:30pm
