Kala has been a nutrition coach for over 2 years, working with clients of all ages and backgrounds from working with professionals, stay at home parents, grandparents, and experienced athletes.
Kala herself has tried many different nutrition regimens and when in nursing school, loved the education she received regarding nutrition, fitness, & wellness.
Her nutrition coaching not only focuses on nutrition, but also activity, lifestyle, sleep, and building better habits. Kala provides individualized coaching and takes a holistic approach to create a plan tailored to your lifestyle.
Goals are different person to person, and Kala hopes to empower and guide each individual to perform and feel their best.
