In your 1-on-1 sessions, you will learn how to move safely, effectively, and efficiently. We will teach you the foundational movements of CrossFit, along with additional movements commonly found in CrossFit classes. You’ll pick up the CrossFit lingo and terminology along the way.

THEN, you get a free week of CrossFit to test out the classes and see if its the right fit for you!
